Annual statistics

The High Court provides statistics on criminal and civil case workloads and statistics on waiting times for scheduled hearings.

Statistics on workloads cover:

New process

From the year ending 31 December 2021, annual statistics will be provided for the 31 December year-ends only.

The statistics will continue to be provided as previously. The commentary for those statistics will now be included in the High Court Annual Review(PDF, 3 MB).
